I took my auto to MAACO in Chicago,IL to have a five inch scratch repaired. I was told the car would be ready in 3 days, by the estimator. I took the car as scheduled and was told I might not get it back in 3 days because they were so busy. I said o.k. I just wanted my car done right. The car was actually ready on the third day. My car has a 1 1/2 inch scratch on it. Ive been told several times to bring it back and when I go there is always an excuse. Either its raining or the painter is not in. Tell me how can you run a paint shop and not have a painter? So Im going back on Tuesday to get it repaired...... Ill let you guys know what happens. The paint is not a total match either. The saying you get what you pay for.
