In my opinion, Maaco is a ripoff. We dealt with several shops in Atlanta Ga and DO NOT recommend using Maaco franchises for body work/repair. It is slowly fading out in Atlanta.
Customer service and excellent repair service is very important. Maaco is based out of PA
and all they are basically concerned with is selling franchises. Corporate office drains the
franchisee to the point that they go out of business and lose everything they invested
in the franchise. Eventually the owners will go bankrupt and default on the franchise
agreement.
Not a good investment, trust everyone that
knows!
