MAACO compliment
I took my car to mount Vernon Maaco and I was shocked. I am a picky guy with my car and they did a great job for 550$ it was really nice. I will be back to paint my truck. I learned not all maaco are the same, some take more pride in what they do rather than other's that are there just for the money... Im sorry for the guys who had such a bad experience it happens to the best of us. i took my car to a friend and he painted it really ***. so i went to maaco with the same attitude and came out shocked it was a very good experience...

i was very scared last night after reading all these negative comments. i got a phone call from maaco this afternoon (1 day before promised delivery time) that my car was ready, i went to pick it up i was very impressed with the outcome. looked brand new, all the deep scratches were fixed, body was sanded and painted perfectly ( it was masked real good) no excess paint anywhere, i was also offered 2 years warranty for 299.95 paint job. i wouldnt even work on my car for this price, i almost felt like getting it painted now on instead of washing it :)) very satisfied with, maaco on 4120 e. craig rd. in las vegas ,NV thanks BOB and his crew

Hmmm...Makes me figure the Erie Maaco is overall good. I am originally from Erie, now living in La. (Louisiana)

and the closest shop to me there is New Orleans. But I would be more trusting of the guys in Erie than the folks in NOLA.

Down in La., they probably use paint brushes to paint the cars.

I went to Maaco in Erie in June of this year. When I got my car back it looked great. I found a tiny imperfection a couple of days later. Even though it was very small they fixed it for me right away! Good service!

My friend had the same experience with Maaco. He has a 95 GT that he races. He prepped it and sent it to them and they did a good job for the price (its also silver which is not a good color to paint). Like the guy above said not all maacos are the same.

I just got my husband's car painted for him at Maaco for a birthday present. When I went for the estimate I was told if I brought it back on Wednesday night they would have it done on Monday. Monday they called and said it would be ready Tuesday, Tuesday they said Wednesday and finally Thursday it was ready. I was getting the front bumper fixed because it had chipping paint and there was some rust around one wheel well. They were also painting the entire car black and it was currently green. When I went to pick it up Thursday they pulled it out and it was still Green, they painted it the wrong color. I was furious because it was a gift. I left the car and they said they would start on it the next morning. We will have to see how it turns out.
