Took my SUV in to have the driver side painted. Plan black was used and you can see the difference because I have sparklers in my black paint.

But when I finally got my suv back, my driver window was broke. I made a police report before leaving the facility. They tried to get me to leave and they will contact me later. I called the customer service, BBB, Consumer affairs, and Georgia Consumer affairs.

They said they will pay for my window but over a month later still no check. I had to go and pay for the window because of course that was hazardous.

Every time I called I was told they had to talk with their manager and will get back with me. I still haven't heard from them about repaying me.

Reason of review: broke my window and not keeping up with the agreement to reimbuse me.

Monetary Loss: $325.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Price.

I didn't like: Dishonesty of the general manager, Customer service.
