GOT ESTIMATE AND DROPPED OFF CAR OVER A MONTH AGO - DEALING WITH OWNER OF NORTH CHARLESTON SC MAACO - THEY HAVE HAD MY CAR FOR OVER A MONTH - ALL I GET IS EXCUSES AS TO WHY MY CAR IS NOT READY FROM MICKY THE SHOP MANAGER - I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE A WEEK TO PAINT AND RETURN TO ME - NOW THEY TELL ME THAT A BUNCH OF PEOPLE HAVE QUIT SO NO ONE CAN FINISH MY CAR - THIS LOCATION OWNS ANOTHER LOCATION SO BETWEEN THE TWO LOCATIONS SOMEONE CAN FIGURE OUT HOW TO FINISH MY CAR AND GET IT BACK TO ME, RIGHT?? I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH MAACO CORPORATE THIS MORNING - VERY VERY UNHAPPY - I AM A LONG TIME MAACO CLIENT AT LOCATIONS IN FLA, GA AND SC BUT THIS HAS GOTTA STOP -

Never heard a word from MAACO corporate after many phone calls and promises of a full investigation - NOTHING - SILENCE! Reported this MAACO to BBB and to South Carolina department of consumer services and reported MAACO corporate to BBB - Next step for me - Hire a lawyer -
