I took the vehicle in what is that and rented a vehicle while it was to be serviced or painted. After one full week and more, the vehicle had not been touched.
After two days there after it was done with many issues such as, numerous over sprays, cracked windshield that they will not admit to causing. Failure to follow through make appointment with auto glass replacement until the last minute. Gave me a hassle when I called to confirm set appointment to Avail myself and make logistical Arrangements. I had to reattach molding on right door that was falling off because they use cheap quarter inch adhesive strips instead of the 7/8 strips required, the back gate was to be replaced, the first one they received was supposedly damaged as was the second one.
They want to repair the second one and expect me to accept that you are. They have had the second one for almost two weeks and have not given me a courtesy call as to the delay parrot it was supposed to take 2 days to fix and paint And place on the vehicle. It is July 1 and big Hulk was dropped off May 26th. So what I was told would be a 7 to 10 day process has been 5 weeks and I still have not heard anything about the gate.
The overspray is all over the vehicle all over my spare tire, electronics for trailer hookup and so on. I tried numerous times to get customer service finally received someone to talk to June 17th who did nothing but take some basic information and pass it on to customer service. Customer service called the location and left me a message but did not cover any of the issues nor have I been able to recontact that person for the last couple of weeks after numerous phone calls requesting a call back. I have expended a lot of money on rental vehicles, paid half of a new windshield that they cracked, has been spoken to with a condescending and Gruff attitude even in front of other customers.
I have pictures that no one has looked at. This is not a $2,800 Quality Paint Job. I have been ripped off for this lack of service and quality work.
No one has returned my calls after numerous contacts to the direct line of the customer service person who originally contacted me. I want satisfaction and an immediate resolved or I will have no other choice than to take further action as required.
