The maaco in troy mi.are very racist I would never go there again in life! The man at the front never went out to look at my car when I told him I needed my drivers door painted, but he went out for the two white customers to check there cars out. Then he tell's me I needed to pay all the moneys for the job up front in full.Man I was pissed!

I never heard of such thing for a company of this size to charge anyone for a job up front,I always thought you get a work order first and then pay after the job is finished....

Dude your retarded and so are the people behind you.

it is what it is. the negro race as a whole does not know how to respect anything.

you get what you give. go to a black owned collision shop in the stellar city of detroit.

I've used them for 5 Car repairs and have seen them work with many people of different nationalities when I've been there. I didn't see any sign of any racism whatsoever and their work is excellent.

Yes, I had to pay in full before they would start any work.

It has always been that way. Their price is 30% less than other shops and they can't afford to have any payment problems.

cause monkeys cant be trusted. it prolly had $2 in its pocket & some bottles in the back seat, lookin for a paint job. So yes i would ask them to pay up front also.

you get what you paid for, always do your homework as far as consumer complaints for some stores. sorry about your experience, but it all depends on who is doing the actual work a new guy with little experience more likely is going to learn as he goes.

or a well seasoned employee tah has been doing this kind of work fo awhile dont blame the company.

it is more likely an un-trained employee that they hired at a low houtly rate. always get the most e
