Good morning, I am writing this note requesting a total refund for the services I paid for at your Wilmington,NC facility. I had requested very simple instructions to Todd your local rep.And he ignored or simply was so distracted that it was bordering on incompetence.Your shop did nothing that I requested and Todd actually got upset with me even after he realized he that he and your company failed to perform the task at hand.I paid for your most expensive paint job and thought I would get at least a decent job.I have the old color showing in several areas and new paint on areas where they have no right being.
I actually left the shop with touch-up paint so I might be able to fix my new paint job!I and members of my family have used MAACOS services for as long as I can remember,but this will most likely be the last time. Please refund my money so I don't have to take this to the next step.
